ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT

By agreement today, it is understood and agreed by and between the County of Westchester and the CSEA, Inc. Local 1000, AFSCME AFL-CIO, Westchester Local 860, Unit 9200 that the memorandum of agreement dated 5/24/04 shall be amended pursuant to the attached page. (click blue underlining for the pdf file)

As noted, the change now provides that any employee who separates from service and is eligible to receive retirement benefits after August 1, 2004, as opposed to July 1, 2004, will adhere to the noted changes in health insurance upon retirement.

This change allows retirement consideration and sufficient time, up to June 30, 2004, to give the 30 day notice to the NYS Retirement System before the effective date of August 1, 2004.
