Spano From:    Westchester County Employees Unit 9200 CSEA Membership Subject:   OPEN INVITATION to Westchester County elected officials The members of Westchester County CSEA Unit 9200 have been without a union contract for 19 months.   We are having a contract rally on Thursday, July 12, 2007 from 11:30am to 1:30pm in front of the Michaelian Office Building in support of a fair and equitable contract.  We are inviting the County Executive to attend the rally and speak to the union members of CSEA to explain to them the reasons for the delay.   What would warrant such a total disrespect from the elected and appointed officials to force us to wait 19 MONTHS WITHOUT A CONTRACT ? The County Executive said            “This would never happen under my watch”!                   WHAT HAPPENED ? We have earned the respect to receive a fair and equitable contract and the support of our elected officials. AS UNION MEMBERS, RESPECT IS ALL WE ASK FOR !   SO COME AND SHOW US THE RESPECT WE DESERVE !
