April 20, 2007:  Rally Update 
 I again would like to thank all the members who took time out of their lives yesterday to spend some time making this Unit’s desire for a better contract offer known to the County Executive.

I also would like to say something about all of those members who attended the party for the County Executive that do not find time to participate in our efforts to get a fair and equitable contract!  We all saw you going by into the party!!      Pictures

Also, it is a shame that the ethics of the County are not being upheld by the high ranking employees of the County who drove by entering the hotel in COUNTY OWNED VEHICLES WITH “OFFICIAL” LICENSE PLATES!!!

They could have at least have used their own personal vehicles to attend a political fundraiser!!

Please rest assured that the Leadership of this Unit will continue to fight for the best possible contract for ALL of our members regardless of who they are, what they do, or don’t do, to help effectuate it.
