New Contract Update Dec 4, 2008

As of today, we have the following update on questions regarding the implementation of the settled and approved contract:  1.)   The earliest Finance can effectuate the Raise will be in January ’09 and the Retro Pay in February’09.  Longevity and W2’s must be done in December disallowing the pay increase or retro until next year, 2009.  2.)   The One Care Street survey completion date is still 12/15/08.  3.)   Anything necessary to complete the survey will be provided to those not able to access it online.  Individual issues will be addressed as they arise.  4.)   Sick Bank will be starting up ASAP.  Please watch for any further updates on the web site as they occur.
