July 1, 2008 Mr. Andrew Spano Westchester County Executive 148 Martine Avenue White Plains, New York 10601 Re:  CSEA Unit Negotiations Dear Mr. Spano: I am writing to inform you of the desire of the CSEA Unit 9200 to continue to reach a fair and equitable settlement for the employees of Westchester County. We are well aware of our rights under Fact Finding which we have requested through NYS-PERB, but would like to continue to meet to try to reach an accord.  It is our intent to meet with Westchester County on the issues to reach an agreement, if possible, before (or during) the Fact Finding process and believe that would be the intent of the County as well. Please have Mr. Wittenberg contact me as soon as possible to arrange a meeting date, or dates, with the CSEA Unit 9200 Negotiation Team.
