CONTRACT UPDATE June 10, 2008    We, the Negotiation Team, after much discussion amongst ourselves, and with Westchester County, have rejected the Mediator’s report on a recommended settlement proposal -which Westchester County has accepted. We have decided that the recommendation was not favorable to us and, as promised, we would file for Fact Finding as our next method available to us to reach a settlement.   We have mailed that request to PERB today! This does not stop us from continuing to negotiate a settlement. We are striving to attain a fair and equitable settlement that we can bring back for your approval.  Jack McPhillips, President Please watch for any further updates on the web site as they occur.
