CONTRACT UPDATE June 4, 2008   7 PM We have met with the Mediator today, Wednesday, 6/4/08. We received the Mediator’s report on a recommended settlement proposal and discussed it amongst the Negotiation Team, the Mediator and the County. We finally broke off the meeting at 7 PM without reaching an agreement.  We are still in the process of negotiating an agreement settlement.  We are still asking for your continued support and cooperation. We are striving to attain a fair and equitable settlement that we can bring back for your approval.   Jack McPhillips, President Please watch for any further updates on the web site as they occur.
