CONTRACT UPDATE May 28, 2008  As of today’s meeting with the County, the Mediator, Anthony Zumbolo, will now be in contact with the Westchester County Negotiator, Mike Wittenberg, to finalize his recommendation for settlement.  We also now have a date of Wednesday, June 4, 2008 with the Mediator to receive his recommendation for settlement. The County will also be available on that date.  We remain hopeful that this process will provide us with a settlement recommendation.  We will not have any further updates until after the scheduled                June 4th meeting with the Mediator.  We ask that you be supportive and patient until after that date!  Please watch for any further updates on the web site as they occur.  All updates will be posted to your website, www.csea9200.com, as well as distributed to our member’s notification list.   If you have not yet signed up to receive our emails, please go to your union website and register.    Jack McPhillips, President
