9200 CSEA Rules for June 2, 2007 Bar B Q and Fun at Playland Park
1.
Each member can purchase no more than 5 wristbands (wristbands are not
replaceable so don’t lose them).
2.
No Wrist bands will be sold after May 18th, 2007. NO MONEY WILL BE COLLECTED THE DAY OF THE
EVENT
3.
All purchases are non-refundable!
4.
Wristbands cannot be purchased before April 13th , 2007 and
must be purchased by May 18th,
2007
5. Coupons can only be purchased in
the CSEA Unit 9200 office or by the designated officers
6.
You can purchase coupons for another
member, but you cannot pick up the wristbands for another member
7.
Returned checks will be subject to a $30 bank fee and forfeiture of your
wristbands (unless fees are paid before the day of event).
8.
Wristbands for
food and rides must be picked up by the member that purchased
them by
4pm on
June
2, 2007
at Playland
Park. NO WRISTBANDS
WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 4PM
You must
show your Westchester County ID to pick up your wristbands.
Wristbands will not be given to anyone but
the person on the ID.
9.
Wristbands are good for 8 hours of unlimited rides; the 8 hours starts
after you go on your first ride.
10.
The picnic area and Amusement Park
open at noon; the food will be served for 3 hours starting at
1
PM and ending
at 4
PM (it is suggested you eat first, relax for about ½ hour and then enjoy all the rides)
11. Parking will be $1 (with pass) for
each car. Passes will be issued
with the purchase of the
coupons (one pass per coupon)
12. Discounts will be available
for
June 2, 2007 for Miniature Golf, $2.50, Playland Beach, $1.50,
Playland Pool $2.50,
and Lake Boating, $7 and $9 with a $5 deposit, Lake Cruise, $3.25. You must show your wristband to get the
discount (showing your wristband before you go on the rides will not count
towards your 8 hours)
13.
The
rain date is Saturday, July 14th, 2007. NOTE:
if Playland Park
is open and there is inclement whether, we will not cancel
our event. You should call Playland Park
at
914-813-7010 to
verify that the amusement park is open.
Reminder: Payment must be made in the union office by May 18th. Wristbands for rides and food must be picked up by the member that purchased them by 4 PM on June 2, 2007 at Playland Park.
