WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

This three-hour workshop will offer a variety of ideas for how to start and maintain effective Labor/Management Committees and some of the substantive concerns about how to conduct these meetings.  Labor/Management Committees are one vehicle for resolving problems and taking a pro-active approach with the employer to workplace issues.
