  This was on display in the County Office Bldg lobby during July 14 - Aug 14, 2009
On your way out for lunch or County business stop for a moment and take a look at the CSEA 100 Year Anniversary display  in the lobby area of the County Office Building before you reach the security turnstiles.  
Pictures with County Executive Andy Spano were taken July 14, 2009 with CSEA Region Pres. Billy Riccaldo, CSEA Unit Pres. Karen Pecora, and 2nd VP Ed Magilton.  

Westchester CSEA Unit 9200 is mentioned on the display as the First to join the new CSEA organization when "other than state worker" units could join (that happened way back in 1947).  Look in the center panel to see that.  CSEA has a long history of advancing worker rights and benefits.
